Qualifications

• Must reside in Hawaii to be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations, project management, outreach, event coordination, nonprofit administration, education administration, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Hawaiʻi.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Program Coordination: Coordinate all scheduling and bookings across the Hawaiian Islands; maintain statewide calendar and deployment schedule; manage communications with schools, districts, and partners; keep accurate program records; ensure timely confirmations and follow-up; monitor utilization and expand access; coordinate facilitator schedules.
