Lane Valente Industries in Hawaii is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead the Hawaii Services Division out of Oahu. The role combines field and office oversight, driving service delivery, project coordination and cost control.

You will recruit and develop in-house technicians, negotiate with vendors, monitor vendor performance and optimize schedules to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with operations and management.
• HVAC license preferred but not required.
• Strong management and operations skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily service and project requests.
• Manage in house technician schedules.
• Manage time efficiently in office and field.
• Hire and develop new in-house technicians.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors for favorable pricing and conditions.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance to standards.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
