Job summary

Marsh in Hawaii seeks an Insurance Sales Consultant to lead property and casualty program design and sales across HOA and association portfolios. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days per week with field engagement to win and manage opportunities.

You will prospect, develop solutions, and present coverage options while coordinating with Marsh brokers to obtain indications and quotes, expanding repeatable program offerings across Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Mid-level commercial insurance experience in a client-facing role involving Property and Casualty.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Client Development in Hawaii focus; develop and convert Hawaii P&C opportunities, including HOA portfolios.
• Lead prospecting, discovery, qualification; identify decision-makers and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Conduct effective sales presentations for HOA stakeholders, explaining coverage options, pricing, and trade-offs.
• Respond to client questions; resolve issues and coordinate internal resources to maintain momentum.
• Assist in designing coordinated P&C program solutions for multiple HOAs within property management relationships.
• Build repeatable program components (templates, checklists, decks, renewal strategy).
• Support marketing and positioning of the program to increase consistency and scalability in Hawaii.
• Engage Marsh brokers to communicate opportunities, obtain indications/quotes, and coordinate data needs.
