Job summary

Auberge Collection seeks a Maintenance II/III level worker to maintain golf course areas at Mauna Lani on the Island of Hawaii. You will operate mowers and specialized equipment, support irrigation, and assist with sod work while complying with safety standards.

Requires 3 years turf experience, a Hawaii driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds in outdoor conditions; English communication with staff and guests is essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years turf and ornamental maintenance experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Hawaii State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers and power equipment to maintain fairways, roughs, greens and other course areas.
• Operate specialized equipment such as backhoes, hydro-mulchers and vertidrains.
• Assist with sod laying on greens and tees.
• Support irrigation system maintenance under supervision.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; lift up to 80 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and guests.
• Detect malfunctioning equipment and ensure safe operation.
