Four Seasons Resort Hualālai on Hawaiʻi Island seeks a Greenskeeper 2 to maintain one of Hawaiʻi's premier golf courses. You will operate a variety of maintenance equipment, perform routine inspections, and contribute to preserving pristine turf and landscape conditions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and safety. Applicants should be prepared for outdoor work in variable weather and hold a valid Hawaii driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf course turf management practices and maintenance operations.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of large maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment safely and proficiently.
• Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and safety checks of equipment.
• Apply fertilizers and granular pesticides accurately and safely.
• Assist with IPM programs including mixing, loading and applying fertilizers.
• Plant and maintain ornamental landscaping, turfgrass, and sod.
• Support drainage improvements and course construction initiatives.
• Trim and maintain trees, shrubs, and ornamental plantings.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment yards.
• Work independently and collaboratively to maintain course conditions.
• Interact professionally with members and guests while upholding Four Seasons values.
