The role reports to the SVP Finance and emphasizes developing local talent, overseeing month-end close, tax, regulatory compliance, and cross-property collaboration to sustain aloha-driven hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hotel finance experience with multi-property leadership
• Strategic partner to GMs and senior operations leaders
• Experience presenting to ownership groups and managing owner reporting
• Hawaii market experience; GET/TAT familiarity; CBAs a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to General Managers across Hawaii portfolio
• Collaborate with Group President – Hawaii on regional strategy and ownership relations
• Lead financial reporting including month-end close and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with USALI, GAAP, audits, and internal policies
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and working capital
• Develop and retain regional finance talent and succession planning
