Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments, manage budgets, reports, and ensure compliance with policies. The role centers on developing plans to align service delivery with customer needs and driving efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years general management, EMS education experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general management experience.
• EMS education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and monitor adherence to goals and budgets.
• Develop and maintain reports and documentation for compliance and performance.
• Manage multiple departments (e.g., network and care coordination) as applicable.
• Plan and monitor operating budgets and drive cost containment.
• Participate in marketing and business development to grow revenues.
• Ensure OSHA, EEO and other laws are followed; uphold GMR policies.
