This position is onsite at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii (Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam), requires a CAC, and a favorable Tier 1/NACI-SF85 background investigation.
Develops defensible cost estimates and programming documentation for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects. Supports financial feasibility, project justification, and investment planning for installation infrastructure requirements.
Work is performed primarily in a climate‑controlled environment.
Salary for Data Management Specialist (Mid): Pay commensurate with experience. ($77,000)
