Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years in construction management with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with PM control systems.
• Experience with Procore, Sage or Timberline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and schedules of values.
• Create detailed schedules from awarded plans.
• Negotiate and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Manage subcontract and material purchases within budget.
• Lead safety planning and procedures with site teams.
• Maintain timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Supervise project team and organize management meetings.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Maintain project quality and schedule adherence.
• Mitigate claims and conflicts, ensure timely close-out.
