Job summary

Pleasant Holidays seeks a Hotel Concierge Sales Agent on Oahu. You will work at hotel concierge desks, helping guests plan and book tours and activities across Oahu and the neighbor islands.

Join a team that emphasizes Aloha service, offers strong pay with uncapped commission, and provides travel perks such as airline tickets and package discounts. On-site residency required, full-time schedule (38–40 hours) with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred)
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel (highly preferred)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping others
• Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands (or eagerness to learn)
• Ability to personalize recommendations based on guest needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (required)
• Fluency in Japanese (preferred)
• Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at hotel concierge desks to plan and book tours and activities on Oahu and beyond
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their interests and time
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and hotel staff to ensure satisfaction
