Job summary

The Center at Tucson is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. We offer day (6am-6pm) or night (6pm-6am) shifts, with full-time, part-time and PRN options. Pay ranges from $30 to $33 per hour, depending on experience, with a shift differential for NOC.

As an LPN, you will monitor patients, administer meds, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and document accurately. Qualifications include an LPN/LVN license, CPR, FPCC clearance, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must possess FPCC clearance.
• Must possess an LPN/LVN license.
• Must possess a CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• 1 year’s experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis.
• Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient.
• LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions.
• Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs.
• Responsible for timely and accurate charting.
• Do whatever is takes to make our patients happy with their stay.

Qualifications

Education, licensure, certifications, and experience

• Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
• Must possess a current and valid LPN/LVN license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• 1 year’s experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
