Haven Health Tucson is seeking a Resident Relations Assistant who supports residents and their families, under the Resident Relations Manager. You will assist during admission and discharge, and coordinate meetings to evaluate and contribute to individualized care plans.

The role focuses on counseling and assisting residents to meet psychosocial needs, ensuring a compassionate, person-centered approach throughout their stay.

Qualificações

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English

Description

The Resident Relations Assistant works under the direction of the Resident Relations Manager to support and assist the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Assistant provides assistance during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and efectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed.
