Job summary

Haven Health in Arizona's rural communities seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the care team. Under the Director of Nursing, you will deliver holistic, standards-based nursing care and support residents and families with compassion.

You will lead licensed and non-professional staff in direct resident care, ensuring safe, compliant health services and collaborative care planning across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary RN License.
• Active CPR Certification (Class-Instructed).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.
