Job summary

APAC Tennessee, Inc., a CRH company, near downtown Memphis, seeks a Loader Operator to join our team. You will safely operate heavy equipment in pit/mining operations, perform inspections, and support daily project tasks while reporting issues to the Foreman.

The role requires 2–5 years of loader experience, willingness to travel, nights/weekends as needed, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You will assist with training and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in loader operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in pit and mining operations.
• Report any problems to your manager.
• Operator will be responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and co-workers.
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing and repair of equipment to further their abilities.
• Perform general labor duties when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
