• Strong understanding of operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Valid operator's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in varying weather.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and practices.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings.

Aufgaben

• Operate haul trucks in various sizes safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance.
• Identify and report needed repairs to maintain safety and performance.
• Collaborate with team to move materials per production schedules.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety guidelines at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and compliant with regulations.
• Perform additional duties or assist with general labor as needed.
