Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Haul Truck Operator for our Quarry Operations. You will operate haul trucks and other heavy equipment to move materials safely and efficiently, following all safety rules and production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid license, and proven experience with heavy equipment in quarry/mining environments. You will work outdoors across shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed, with strong teamwork and safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in quarry or mining operations.
• Valid operator's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance.
• Identify and report needed repairs to keep equipment safe and reliable.
• Coordinate with team to move materials according to production schedules.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• May operate other heavy machinery or assist with general labor tasks.
