Job summary

Gerken Materials, Inc. is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to safely operate a 30-ton haul truck in a sand and gravel operation, transporting materials to support production.

The role includes helping with maintenance, site support, and general operations in an active outdoor environment as part of a team. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of construction-related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two years of work experience, construction-related preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and dependability.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 30-ton haul truck to transport materials to the production plant.
• Assist with routine plant maintenance, including greasing, cleaning, and inspections.
• Operate additional equipment as needed across the site.
• Support general site operations, maintenance, and clean-up efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
