Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• M.S.H.A. part 46 and/or part 48 or willingness to obtain certification.
• Acceptable MVR per company policy.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work under adverse weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and physical.
• Travel and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and daily Field Level Hazard Assessments.
• Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition and log maintenance requirements.
• Complete production reporting and other documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.
• Be a leader in safety and production, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Travel and weekend work required.
