Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated hatchery sanitation associate at our Cobb facility. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing hatchery areas and washing chick boxes to maintain a biosecure environment.

You will handle heavy lifting and operate a pressure washer, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have no disciplinary actions within the last 6 months, a point level = 6 attendance points and 6 months in current area unless promotion applies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes the hatchery with a pressure washer.
• Places approximately 1,500 chick boxes weighing ~2 pounds into washer to be washed and sanitized.
• Washes and sanitizes the dirty side box room and cleans rooftop units.
