Perdue Farms is seeking a Hatchery Production Associate in Cromwell, KY to support incubation, hatching, and chick care. You will maintain precise environmental conditions to assure healthy, high-quality chicks and uphold our safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Receive, set and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week, ensuring minimum damage while maximizing hatchability.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize entire hatchery, including 68 hatchers/setters, 37 evaporative coolers, 14 heaters and duct work, reducing mold and bacteria.
• Properly and efficiently operate tray wash and/or separator machines, ensuring maximum throughput with minimum product damage.
• Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily, ensuring accurate chick distribution and chick quality control.
• Perform duties timely and efficiently per management and SOPs, while fostering team spirit and morale.
