Job summary

You will observe equipment, report issues, and assist teammates while adhering to quality, safety, and animal welfare guidelines. Prior food or production experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes product using tools, manual labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Observes equipment operation and reports malfunctions or safety issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
