Job summary

Responsibilities include operating production tools, maintaining a clean workspace, and following USDA-aligned standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic sensory and reading comprehension; following simple instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense in routine situations.
• Ability to handle several concrete variables in standardized tasks.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40°F).
• Stand for 8–11 hours and use hands.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Team player and willing to work close to others (<3 ft).
• Good communication skills.
• Hand and eye coordination.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Food or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per procedures and safety rules.
• Keep work area clean and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Follow safety, quality, and food safety policies; wear PPE.
• Assist team and participate in process improvement.
• Work in cool temperatures and maintain productivity.
