Job summary

Tyson Foods’ Cobb Cleveland Hatchery is seeking an enthusiastic team member for the 1st shift to process chickens, including grading, vaccination, toe trimming, and related duties. The position offers a competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus differential for evenings, nights and weekends, with comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Responsibilities include operating box washers and macerators, performing toe trimming, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a biosecure

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no employment gaps >6 months in the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Process chickens including grade, vaccinate, beak treatment (operate robot), dub males, despur males and toe trim (70%).
• Operate box washer (5%).
• Operate macerator (10%).
• Other duties such as operating high pressure water, maintaining foot pans, packing/unpacking eggs, washing boxes, and operating the Coccivac machine.
