Job summary

Wayne Farms in Decatur, AL, seeks a dedicated team member to transfer eggs from egg buggies into setter machines, while adhering to PPE and all company policies and animal welfare guidelines.

You will perform machine checks, pull and push buggies, and clean and sanitize machines and areas. The shift includes nights, weekends and extended hours with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hatchery or relative poultry industry experience.
• Basic math functions and skills.

Responsibilities

• Transfer eggs from buggies into setter machines.
• Perform machine checks.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies, etc.
• Comply with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and laws.
• All other duties as assigned.
