Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Hatchery Process Lead to guide and support hatchery associates while monitoring equipment to ensure peak performance.

You will help maintain optimal environmental conditions to deliver healthy chicks to growers and support production goals. The role requires leadership, training, and hands-on oversight of hatchery operations, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, early hours, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in hatchery processing preferred.
• Some mechanical/electrical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor egg setters and hatchers for correct temp and humidity.
• Record machine checks every three hours.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
