Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking general hatchery labor to support chick pull, cleaning incubation equipment, and delivering chicks to farms. You will assist with stacking, sanitation, and tray wash while adhering to safety rules.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability and the ability to work in hot, wet, and dusty conditions, with potential exposure to cleaners and disinfectants. EOE, including disability/vets.

Qualifications

• Experience with hatchery operations preferred.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to work in hot, wet, dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with chick pull, incubation equipment cleaning, and delivery of chicks to farms.
• Stacking, sanitation, and tray wash.
• Follow safety rules and use cleaners/disinfectants.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.
