Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Hatchery Associate to perform set, sanitation, processing and Embrex operations in a hatchery setting. You will follow all SOPs to achieve goals on hatch, hatch of fertilized eggs, early mortality, and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of all safety training, lockout-tagout and pallet jack certification.
• Continuous standing, walking, twisting, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. Works in a hatchery environment.

• Wash and disinfect incubation equipment, floors, hallways and ventilation equipment.
• Work in processing areas to prepare chicks for transport to contract poultry farms.
• Ensure proper vaccination of chicks via Embrex transfer process.
