Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a production associate to support incubation and hatchery operations. The role involves pulling eggs from incubators onto the Embrex Machine, handling equipment, and maintaining cleanliness across hatcher areas.

Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to read numbers and colors. This position is typical for a manufacturing/hatchery environment with standing and light lifting.

• Pull eggs from incubators onto Embrex Machine.
• Stack down from machine to hatcher dollies.
• Clean Setter floors, fan blades, etc.
• Back up egg setters.
• Clean embrex machine, hatcher halls, and fog daily.
• Discard eggs from egg remover into vacuum system daily.
• Wash boxes Sunday morning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by hatchery manager

• Pull eggs from incubators onto Embrex Machine
• Stack down from machine to hatcher dollies
• Clean Setter floors, fan blades, etc.
• Back up egg setters
• Clean embrex machine, hatcher halls, and fog daily
• Discard eggs from egg remover into vacuum system daily
• Wash boxes Sunday morning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Embex Certification

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Continuously: standing, walking
• Frequently: lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching.
