Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking energetic retail sales associates to join our team in California. As the heartbeat of the Lids brand, you will assist customers, recommend products that reflect personal style and team pride, and uphold the high standards of presentation across our stores.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, engage with fans, support inventory and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative team culture. Prior retail/customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed store goals for individual statistics.
• Maintain store visuals and professional appearance per guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and shipments; support store policies.
