Lids Sports Group is seeking a part-time retail sales associate for our Torrance, CA location. We’re the leading licensed sports retailer, offering hats, apparel, and on-demand embroidery services in a fast-paced store environment.

As a cap expert, you’ll help customers express their style, uphold visual standards, and drive sales while representing a premier brand. Expect energetic teamwork, discounts, and growth opportunities within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and delivering energy for an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to present products clearly and be a subject matter expert on offerings.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and performing shift duties with customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
