Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn Richardson products, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform blocking and forming activities to production standards.
• Operate blocking equipment and follow established methods and safety procedures.
• Identify and communicate equipment, material, safety, or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and coworkers to support production workflow.
