Job summary

Little Leaf Farms, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Technician to support end-to-end agricultural production and facility operations. You will operate cleaning and sanitizing procedures for harvesting, packaging, and processing equipment to meet GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards in our Pennsylvania facility.

You will maintain sanitation records, assist with equipment maintenance, and train new hires on SSOPs. Candidates should be comfortable in cold environments, able to lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks in cold, greenhouse, and production environments.
• Commitment to GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and sanitize harvesting, packaging, and processing equipment following GFSI, GMP, HACCP, and SSOP.
• Maintain records for chemical inventory and sanitation supplies.
• Assist with training new hires on SSOPs, GMPs, PPE requirements, and other policies.
