Job summary

Enfield Farms, Inc. in Lynden, WA is seeking a full-time Sanitation Tech to maintain clean and safe production areas in a food processing facility. You will perform prep, washdown, chemical handling, and deep cleaning of lines using GMP procedures and safety protocols.

You will work as part of a crew, communicate effectively with teammates, and complete records and verification tasks. Overtime is required during the raspberry harvest season and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working as sanitation/cleaning in manufacturing or food processing.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Good handwriting and record-keeping.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to work at height indoors & outdoors and outside in various weather.
• Overtime availability during raspberry harvest.
• Willingness to pass in-house certification tests for equipment and LOTO protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform prep, washdown, and cleanliness verification of food processing lines.
• Follow GMPs to ensure product safety and personal hygiene.
• Operate sanitation equipment and use cleaning products per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and report non-conformances.
• Support production during shifts and assist with spill cleanup.
• Adhere to safety protocols including PPE and LOTO.
• Complete allergen change-over cleaning and swab verification.
• Attend annual trainings and communicate effectively with team.
