Johnsonville is seeking a dedicated Safety Leader to guide and implement safety programs across a multi-shift manufacturing facility in Kansas. You will drive world-class safety standards, conduct regular audits, and lead incident investigations to prevent recurrences.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with safety emphasis and 5 years’ manufacturing safety leadership, plus strong communication skills to engage teams and sustain a culture of safety and accountability.

Referral Bonus: Refer a new part‑time (operations only) or full‑time member and you are eligible for a $1,000 referral reward! Referrals will be paid out after 6 months of service.
