Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead for live receiving on 2nd shift. The role tracks paperwork, coordinates changes for growers, and helps manage line personnel. You will assist supervision, ensure timely breaks, and relay issues to management while coordinating with USDA when required.

The position requires the ability to move on the line, climb stairs, lift up to 40 pounds, and maintain strong communication and attendance records. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and have a basic knowledge of math.
• Must possess and utilize good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Lock-out/Tag-out certified.
• Good previous work and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking of paperwork and changes for live receiving.
• Coordinate breaks, move team members on the line as needed.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day line personnel tasks.
• Alert supervisor/management when problems arise.
• Communicate with USDA as required.
