Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Harvest Supervisor in Dodge City, Kansas to provide strategic operational oversight across production facilities. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while coaching team members and upholding core values. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets across shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
Monitor production outcomes to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.
Administer production budget for a department, process, or shift and manage invoices.
Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations for multiple departments, processes and shifts.
Develop, supervise and provide coaching to direct reports and reinforce company core values.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
Other duties as assigned.
