Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine production operations and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor production outcomes and ensure specifications meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to meet timelines.
• Manage department budget, process expenses, and vendor payments.
• Develop and monitor operational plans for all production processes.
• Coach and supervise direct reports in line with company values.
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance, and discipline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
