Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum one year of directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Monitor production outcomes and quality to meet customer specifications.
• Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Administer production budget for a department or shift; process invoices and payments.
• Develop operational plans for multiple departments, processes and shifts.
• Coach and develop direct reports; reinforce company values and leadership principles.
• Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
