Qualifications

DescriptionThis role is situated within the NLAR Region of Weyerhaeuser’s Southern Timberlands division, reporting directly to the Winnfield Wood Flow Manager. Responsibilities encompass a spectrum of duties including on-site verification of harvest plans, negotiation of harvesting contracts, supervision of harvest operations, ensuring contractor safety compliance, merchandizing and optimizing product utilization, maintaining timely system updates, monitoring contract performance, ensuring quality in thinning operations, enforcing environmental compliance, addressing contract noncompliance and performance issues, and managing logging road maintenance activities. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5-7% of base pay.
