United States Sugar Corporation is seeking a Harvest Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to lead maintenance planning and supervise a team of 10–40 hourly workers in the harvest operations. The role emphasizes reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, and cross-functional coordination with the Harvest Maintenance Supervisor.

The position requires a strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and leadership within an agricultural production setting.

Competenze

• Four-year college degree in agriculture, mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience with at least five years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
