Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Harvest Technician or similar role in greenhouse/agriculture.
• Proven ability to lead small teams or coordinate workflow.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating and maintaining greenhouse harvest equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily harvesting and gutter washing to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and provide on‑the‑job guidance.
• Train new team members on SOPs, safety practices and equipment.
• Communicate needs and equipment issues to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and collaborative team environment.
• Operate and assist with maintenance of harvesting and gutter washing equipment.
• Ensure gutters are cleaned and sanitized prior to re‑seeding.
• Inspect crops and report quality concerns to QA or supervisors.
• Support troubleshooting to reduce downtime and downtime losses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of harvest areas.
• Oversee transplanting activities to ensure healthy crop establishment.
