Western Valley Meat is seeking team members for Harvest General Production in our Fresno, CA facility. Roles involve tasks from skinning to packaging, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and quality in a meat-processing environment.

The position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with working temperatures around 80 degrees. Pay begins at $17.50/hr during a 90-day probation, increasing to $19.35–$24.50/hr based on role and hire at time of assignment.

Formación

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch and twist while using hands and arms to grip

Responsabilidades

• Skinning, trimming, sorting, hanging and inspecting carcasses and edible offal products
• Loading product into machines, packaging, boxing, labeling and scaling
• Performing routine tasks on the production line while following safety procedures
• Working with knives and hooks in a hot, humid environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a meat processing setting
