Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch and twist while using hands and arms to do simple gripping and grasping.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying objects.
• Position requires the use of knives and hooks.
• Cold environment. Average temperature 40-49°F.
• Ability to follow general workplace safety procedures and policies while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Using tools and equipment such as knives, scissors, saws, scales and other specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Skinning, trimming, sorting, hanging and inspection of carcasses and other edible offal products.
• Loading Product into machines, packaging, and boxing, labeling and scaling of product.
• Work Schedules Range from 5:45am to 6:15am depending on specific job.
• Starting Hourly Wage is $17.50 for the 90 day probationary period
• Pay goes up depending on the specific job awarded at time of hire. Range is $19.35 to $24.50.

We are adding team members to our Fabrication General Production Departments to perform a variety of roles and tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility. The Fabrication team sets the high standard for the cleanliness and safety of the products we produce.

Position Description

• Using tools and equipment such as knives, scissors, saws, scales and other specialized manufacturing equipment
• Skinning. Trimming, Sorting, Hanging and Inspection of Carcasses and other edible offal products; etc.
• Loading Product into machines, packaging, and boxing, labeling and scaling of product.
• Work Schedules Range from 545am to 615am depending on specific job.
• Starting Hourly Wage is $17.50 for the 90 day probationary period
• Pay goes up depending on the specific job awarded at time of hire. Range is $19.35 to $24.50
