• Operate and maintain irrigation systems and related equipment.
• Prepare fields, transplant crops, and apply pesticides per safety rules.
• Pack, weigh, label, and load harvested products for shipment.
• Follow sanitation, PPE, and safety instructions daily.
• Work outdoors in hot or cold conditions and stand for long periods.
