Job summary

Green Gold Group in Massachusetts is seeking entry-level team members to support harvesting and room maintenance in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis operation. You will assist with harvesting plants, follow SOPs, and help maintain clean grow rooms while meeting daily quotas.

Ideal candidates are 21+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., able to stand for long periods, and comfortable working in a team environment. Training provided; compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check (CORI) required prior to employment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with harvesting cannabis plants (defanning, cutting, and resetting rooms).
• Follow company SOPs and state regulations for compliant product handling.
• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of grow rooms and equipment.
• Accurately track plant material during harvest.
• Support resetting rooms for new cultivation cycles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
