Qualifications

• Obtain health history and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic diseases.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients.
• Order and interpret tests and imaging as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care.
• Counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Participate in peer review and team meetings and support care coordination.
