Formación

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Physicians at all career stages encouraged to apply.
• Interest in medical education and mentorship welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment, surveillance, and survivorship.
• Participate in inpatient hematology/oncology consultations.
• Collaborate with oncology nurse practitioners, infusion nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other clinicians.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and work with surgeons, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology and genetics.
• Work with on-site chemotherapy and infusion program for coordinated cancer care.
• Engage with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the Beth Israel Deaconess–Dana-Farber relationship.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents in a Harvard-affiliated clinical environment.
