Responsibilities

  • Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure goals are met.
  • Perform inspection of first article and first piece inspections.
  • Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to production.
  • Record and report on quality issues.
  • Support and contribute process improvement ideas.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with the repair of issues as needed.
  • Work with a variety of equipment and hand tools.
  • Comprehend mechanical aptitude and abilities.
  • Comprehend and read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Harness QA Inspector

Description: Assist in the manufacturing production of wire harnesses with primary emphasis being the inspection and quality control of completed wire harnesses.

Hours:Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 6:30PM, Friday OT as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure goals are met
