Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with MIL-DTL/MIL-PRF specifications.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• US citizenship or permanent residency to satisfy ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor 5–10 engineers and drafters.
• Establish design standards, review cadences, and mentoring structures.
• Oversee design and development of cable/wire harness assemblies and interconnect systems.
• Review ECOs and manage change orders (ECNs).
• Lead root-cause investigations for design-related quality issues.
