Job summary

You will design point-to-point and complex cable assemblies, lead designers, and collaborate with engineering to meet mission-critical requirements for space, air, land, sea, and cyber programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience or a higher degree with fewer years, and may require obtaining a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design of point-to-point and complex cable assemblies.
• Calculate mass estimates for custom designed assemblies.
• Lead a team of designers in executing work breakdown structures.
• Create requirements, design docs, verification and validation procedures.
